About The Author
This app is the result of almost half a century of personal observations of people’s behaviors and also my own.

Anka N.S.
I have a university degree in medicine and an atypical way of thinking. After studying psychology for many years, I came to the conclusion that our psyche grows, develops, breaks and heals just like the physical body. My most important discovery in this regard was that, just as our visible body abides by the laws of physics, our invisible body abides by the laws of the psyche. I like to call these laws PATTERNS.
One of my passions is writing, I'm a prolific author living a discreet life. I wish I had the influencer's "gene", but I don't.
In everyday life I come across as nonchalant, rebel and self-sufficient, which is true. If you ask those who like me, they will tell you that I'm a good friend and a good listener. If you ask those who don't like me, they will tell you that I'm stubborn and feisty. Both parties agree that I'm "unforgettable". I'm also a perfectionist and a hermit night owl addicted to my craft. What can I say, we geniuses are special :) Nah, ignore my last statement, I'm just someone who, like 100% of the world's population, has been through trauma and for the past few decades has been trying to figure out why. The long answer is in this app-book and also in my articles.
The short answer:
Courage is knowing it might hurt, and doing it anyway.
Stupidity is the same.
And that’s why life is hard.
Yup! That's why. I don’t know who came up with this brilliant quote, but I find it highly relatable.

I like a good laugh and I bond through dim-light epiphanies. I find deep conversations extremely satisfying and I have a special connection with my bear hat, it helps me think less:

As I grew up walking on eggshells and continued to look for trouble trying to find peace, I’ve developed a very analytical brain and I think some of my personal findings could be useful to many who’ve been through emotional trauma or are constantly taken advantage of by others.
I’ve also learnt a lot from those ahead of me. As a way to give back, I’d like to add my own contribution to the pool of knowledge in any way I can.
P.S.
Although I've been told that my English is excellent, it’s not my native language so please close an eye to eventual text "glitches” and feel free to adapt the replies in the playbook to your own style.
